Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Some products, such as personalized or custom-made items, may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns sent without an RAN may experience delays in processing.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest possible processing time.

Damaged or Defective Items

Cancellations
